What Am I?

I am pretty much the same as Richmond LVT Comfort flooring except I am bigger (I won’t brag).

How much bigger?

Whereas my LVT cousin measures 122cm in length by 18cm in width, I’m the same length but 22.8cm wide. This gives me a closer resemblance to actual wooden planks. I’m also 6mm thick as opposed to 5mm, so I will last longer. What’s not to like?

Am I good for a smaller area?

It’s all about personal taste of course but usually, customers with a more open space tend to choose me over the Comfort LVT range. For smaller, narrower areas, I might not look as good you’d expect.

Do I come with a warranty?

As with all Richmond Flooring, I come backed by a comprehensive 15-year warranty for residential properties and 5 years for commercial areas. I’m that good!

How many layers are used to make me?

I am made using 8 separate layers. This ensures maximum comfort and performance, far more than most other brands on the market. Also, worth noting I am tripled embossed. If you stroke me, you will find natural feeling grooves like real wood adorn my top layer. It means I cost a little more to make than your Dragon Mart alternative, but if you want the real feel kinda deal, I’m your plank!

Am I flexible?

Yes, I offer more flexibility as I’m not as rigid as SPC and can be used where some flexibility might be required. Using heat guns, I can also be bent into shape. This makes me ideal for stairs, unlike my SPC cousin. I’m just so cool.

Am I suitable for kids play areas?

Again, yes. Kids areas love me. My composition gives me a softer feel. It’s not like holding a rubber in your hand but try dropping a pebble on SPC and do the same with me and you can hear the audible difference immediately. I’m not exactly bouncy but your coffee mug has a higher chance of survival if dropped on me vs SPC.

How many colours do I come in?

Currently I’m available in 5 colours but this can change depending on market needs
